Additional Infomation About Product

The LTC3850EUF#TRPBF is a high-performance, dual, 2-phase synchronous step-down Switching Voltage Regulator manufactured by Analog Devices. This dual, 2-phase regulator is capable of driving up to 18A of current, with fast transient response times and accurate regulation down to 0.5V. It supports input voltages ranging from 4.3V to 37V and includes features such as adaptive phase shedding and adjustable frequency synchronous rectification for maximum efficiency. The LTC3850EUF#TRPBF also includes protection features such as high-side and low-side overcurrent monitoring, UVLO protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. This device is housed in a 4mmx4mm 24-lead QFN package and is rated to operate over commercial and automotive automotive operating temperatures.
