MAX195 19-0377 Rev 1 12/97 16-Bit, 85ksps ADC with 10A Shutdown General Description Features The MAX195 is a 16-bit successive-approximation ana- 16 Bits, No Missing Codes log-to-digital converter (ADC) that combines high 90dB SINAD speed, high accuracy, low power consumption, and a 9.4s Conversion Time 10A shutdown mode. Internal calibration circuitry cor- rects linearity and offset errors to maintain the full rated 10A (max) Shutdown Mode performance over the operating temperature range with- Built-In Track/Hold out external adjustments. The capacitive-DAC architec- AC and DC Specified ture provides an inherent 85ksps track/hold function.
