Additional Infomation About Product

antThe ASPL317LDT-R is a SOT-223 DC-DC converters ROHS manufactured by Ascendant. It features an ultra-low dropout voltage of 200mV with a 5V output voltage. This DC-DC converter is designed to meet the requirements of many space-constrained applications, such as portable electronics. It also uses a high switching frequency of 800KHz and an integrated shielded inductor to reduce EMI. Other features include an operating junction temperature from -40 to 85°C, a 4mm x 4mm x 0.85mm package size, and a power dissipation of 0.25W maximum.
