It has a maximum collecting current of 100mA, a maximum emitter current of 100mA, and a maximum collector voltage of 45V. The BC547 has features such as a high DC current gain of 500-800, a low noise of 0.2 V, and a high CB ratio of 15V. It also has a high current gain to collector current ratio, making it useful for a wide range of applications. This component can be used for projects such as amplifier circuits, linear switches, signal inversion, transistor switching, and more.
