It integrates phototransistor and transformer into one package, providing 5 channels of optocoupling isolation for bidirectional signals. Each channel offers a continuous current transfer ratio of 2.5mA. It has a working voltage of 3.75V and a minimum pulse width of 540ns. It is also RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant. The chip is capable of high speed, high bandwidth operation and minimal power consumption.
