Additional Infomation About Product

The 1.5KE10A is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Diotec Semiconductor. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from the damaging effects of electrical transients such as ESD (electrostatic discharge), lightning and inductive loads. This device is capable of handling peak pulse power of up to 550 W and has a breakdown voltage of 10V. The device has a low forward voltage drop of 0.2V at 1A, and a high reverse leakage current of 1uA at 10V. It is housed in a small SOD-123 surface-mount package with excellent thermal performance.
