The 1.5KE13A is a 1.5A voltage regulator manufactured by Diotec. It is a 600V Transil diode designed to suppress surges up to 600 volts in transient conditions. It is designed for an operating temperature range of -55 to 150 degrees Celsius and is available in a DO-203AA through-hole package. The 1.5KE13A features a very low clamping voltage and a fast response time, making it suitable for use in primary surge protection and clamping applications, as well as power supply circuits, motor drives, and telecommunications systems.
