ESD Soldering System The ERSA-832VDLF is a versatile soldering system with a Digital Filtration Technology for improved energy efficiency. It is a dual Voltage, dual-function soldering system with a patented integrated air filtration system. This system is used for spot soldering, through-hole soldering, standoff-tinning and dip soldering applications. It is compatible with a variety of soldering materials and techniques for high temperature soldering. The system is also equipped with Ersa’s patented dual voltage transfer technology (VDLT) which provides improved energy efficiency, faster cooling and better soldering performance. The system also includes the unique Active Desoldering Technology (ADT) which enables desoldering of high temperature components quickly and efficiently. The system also has an integrated air filtration system that filters out all airborne particles which could contaminate the connection. The integrated air filtration system has a built in contaminant indicator and an easy to use maintenance reminder which helps to keep the system in top condition.
