The FD2105M is a full bridge / half bridge driver MSOP-10 manufactured by Fortior. This compact, RoHS compliant driver is designed to improve the efficiency of DC-to-DC converters, motor controllers and Class D amplifiers. The driver has an input voltage range of 4.5 V – 28 V and can handle up to 2.5 A continuous current with 15 A pulse current. It offers various protections, such as short-circuit, over-voltage and over-temperature protection. Additionally, the driver has two high-side PMOS outputs with independent logic control and a low-side NMOS output for driving a motor or load.
