Additional Infomation About Product

The GC2X8MPS12-247 is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Merged PiN Schottky (MPS) Diode manufactured by GeneSiC Semiconductor. This diode is used for the high-performance applications and it has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1200V and a continuous forward current of 15A. It is designed for very low forward voltage drop and its low leakage supports low power loss height in high-frequency operations. It has a package size of TO-247-3 and is equipped with very low leakage and ultra-fast switching capabilities. The MPS diode is capable of reducing the loss in hard switching and high-frequency switching operations, which leads to significant system cost savings.
