G718 Global Mixed-mode Technology Dual Remote Resistor-Programmable Temperature Switches Features General Description Duel Remote Temperature Switches Set by The G718 are fully integrated, resistor programmable Thermistor and External Resistors dual remote temperature switches. The thresholds are Open-Drain Active Low Output Stage set by external resistors and negative temperature Guaranteed Output Signal Valid to VCC = 0.8V coefficient thermistors. The G718 provides open-drain, SOT-23-8 , AQFN1.5X1.5-8 and TDFN2X2-8 active low over-temperature outputs for both sensors. Packages. These switches operate with a +2.7V to +5.5V single supply.
