The Goodwork Semiconductor 6A10 is a general purpose diode with a 1,000-volt breakdown rating and 6 amps of continuous forward current. It is a RoHS-compliant, axial leaded device with 1-volt forward voltage drop at 6 amps. The diode is used for a variety of applications including power supplies, polarity protection, data and signal waveform protection, and other various general purpose uses. The diode is capable of withstanding high reverse surge current and has high thermal stability over a wide range of operating temperatures.
