datasheetThe LM339AM/TR Comparator ROHS manufactured by HGSEMI is an SOP-14 package containing an analog voltage comparator. It was designed to be used in dual or quad voltage comparator applications. The device features low power consumption with a maximum power dissipation of 250mW per comparator and a wide common-mode range of 0V to VCC – 1.5V, allowing for both single and split rail operation. It also features a maximum propagation delay of 65ns, a low power supply current of 0.7mA per comparator and a high voltage supply range of 2V to 36V. A latch mode allows for adverse control input conditions due to its low input current. This makes the LM339AM/TR an ideal choice for applications that require low power, low propagation delay, wide operating range and latch mode.
