Additional Infomation About Product

The BC847C is a three-pin SOT-23-3 package NPN-type bipolar junction transistor manufactured by Hottech. It has a maximum power dissipation of 100mA at 45V. It is RoHS compliant, and is suitable for a variety of low-power amplification and switching applications. The transistor is capable of operation over an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The electrical characteristics of the BC847C include a forward current gain (hFE) of 120-320, a collector to emitter saturation voltage (VCE(sat)) of 0.25V, a collector cutoff current (Icbo) of 5nA, and an intermodulation distortion (IMD) of 50dB. With its low power and high-frequency performance, the BC847C makes a great choice for various electronic projects.
