The HT3845BRZ is a SOP-8 AC-DC controllers & regulators ROHS manufactured by HTCSEMI. The device is designed to control the regulation of AC and DC power supplies. It features a wide input voltage range of 3.0V to 100V, peak current of up to 3A, adjustable output voltage, and undervoltage lockout. This device also features an integrated PWM controller, low-ripple RMS output, and no need for external components for feedback. It also has overvoltage protection that can be set at the factory or by users via the SPI or I2C interface. The HT3845BRZ is RoHS compliant and is suitable for various applications including industrial, consumer and transportation.
