It is a low voltage, CMOS device designed to provide Two-Input Schmitt Trigger, a Single Flip-Flop with an active HIGH Reset, and memory clockoperation. It is composed of two Schmitt Trigger inputs, an active-HIGH Reset input, and a data output. It is available in a small SOT-363 package, which requires minimal power to operate and is designed to work in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. Additionally, this device is compliant with current market restrictions including Electrical and Chemical Substance Restrictions and Restriction of Hazardous Materials, commonly known as ROHS.
