AD270USCK23GMS is a part manufactured by Infineon Technologies AG. It is a 3-phase BLDC motor driver IC with integrated power MOSFETs and a one-cycle sinusoidal control feature. It is designed to drive permanently-excited and brushless DC motors up to 27A peak. The integrated motor current sensing and control system in the AD270USCK23GMS provides consistent motor performance and system efficiency under all load conditions. The device can also be configured for sensorless operation for increased reliability. The one-cycle sinusoidal control provides smooth motor control at low speeds and low motor noise. The device features integrated short-circuit and overcurrent protection.
