The IRG4BC40U is an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module, manufactured by Infineon, that is RoHS compliant. It consists of three separate IGBTs in a single package, all rated for a maximum output of 600 Volts and 40 Amps. The unit is housed in a TO-220-3 case, providing robust mechanical stability and enabling easy mounting for applications such as motor drives, converters, and UPS systems.
