Additional Infomation About Product

The Infineon ISO1I813T is a digital isolator isolated 8-channel digital input power driver. It offers reliable, galvanic isolation of up to 5.7 kV, low power consumption, and features fast switching rates and low propagation delays. This IC is also designed for extreme temperature ranges, -40°C to +125°C or even higher voltages and temperatures if desired. It can be easily connected to a system’s power supply and digital inputs. The isolation barrier also helps protect against intrusive noise in the system, which is crucial for consistent and reliable performance. The digital inputs are voltage level- or memory-controlled for outputs to be in a Low, High, or Hi-Z (High Impedance) state. The total package size for this IC is 3.3 x 3.3 x 0.9 mm.
