Additional Infomation About Product

The MOC3043M with 50mA 400V 1.2V Two-way Thyristor DIP-6 Optocoupler – Thyristor Signal Output ROHS is a 6-pin, surface mount, opto-coupler isolation device manufactured by Isocom for use in switching applications. It consists of a gallium arsenide infrared diode optically isolated from a silicon bilateral thyristor (SCR). The current transfer ratio (CTR) is typically 400%. It has high isolation tested up to 3000Vrms. The control terminal has a breakdown voltage of 1.2V and the current rating is up to 50mA. The MOC3043M functions in normal DC, AC, or pulse waveforms. It has a power dissipation of 500 mW and a storage temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. It is designed to be RoHS compliant and is available in a DIP-6 package.
