DPG20C400PB part of IXYS is a part of the Digital Phase Control Thyristor Family. It is a Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) intended for use in phase control of AC power, typically for three-phase half- and full-wave phase control applications. It has a maximum gate trigger voltage of 2.4V and a maximum Non-repetitive Surge on-state current of 20A. It has a high peak current rating of 400A at a rated voltage of 800V. It also has a low firing and holding current of 40mA and a shorting capability of up to 600A at a temperature rise of 105°C due to its robust design.
