Additional Infomation About Product

The IXYS LDA213S is an optocoupler with a single-transistor output consisting of a light-emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor. The optocoupler provides electrical isolation between the input and output along with a wide range of common-mode transient immunity. The IC has an insulation voltage of 1500Vrms, a maximum CTR of 100V/mA, and a dielectric strength of 5KVrms. It is supplemented by the UL 1978 3rd Edition approval. The optocoupler features a low input current of 1.5mA and a dielectric absorption ratio of 0.2. It has a wide frequency range from DC up to 100kHz. The IC has a low leakage current of 1uA and a single-transistor output with a minimum off-state output current of 0.2mA. It also has a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The LDA213S is ideal for applications including home and industrial automation, telecom systems, and motor drives.
