MCC21-14io8B is an optically isolated solid state relay that is manufactured by IXYS. It is a single-in-line package device that has a control voltage range of 4V to 16V. The relay is rated for up to 350V of load voltage, with continuous load currents up to 1.2 Amps, and peak load currents up to 5 Amps.
