PD2601 AC Solid State Relays INTEGRATED CIRCUITS DIVISION Description Parameter Rating Units The PD2601 is an AC Solid State Switch using optical AC Operating Voltage 260 V rms coupling with dual power SCR outputs to produce an Load Current 1 A rms alternative to optocoupler and Triac circuits. The On-State Voltage Drop 1.2 V rms PD2601 switches are robust enough to provide a (I =1A ) L rms blocking voltage of up to 600V and max surge P current rating of 20A. In addition, tightly controlled Features zero-cross circuitry ensures switching of AC loads Load Current up to 1A rms without the generation of transients. The input and Blocking Voltages up to 600V P output circuits are optically coupled to provide 3750V Input to Output Isolation rms 3750V of isolation and noise immunity between rms 5mA Sensitivity control and load circuits.
