The MBR560-DO-201AD is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) DO-201AD RoHS manufactured by Jilin. It is a high speed, low forward voltage, low capacitance device used in switch mode supplies and other high frequency applications. The package is a DO-201AD hermetic sealed, ceramic package with a maximum power dissipation of 560mW. It has a maximum reverse voltage rating of 60V with a maximum forward current of 3A and a maximum reverse current of 5uA. This device also helps to reduce EMI radiation, making it ideal for applications such as switch mode power supplies and electronic filters. The MBR560-DO-201AD is a reliable, low forward voltage drop, fast recovery diode that can be used in a wide range of applications.
