The US2AF is an ultra-fast, Hyperfast SMAF rectifier diode manufactured by Jingdao. It is RoHS compliant and has a maximum forward voltage drop of 100V and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 300V. The maximum junction temperature is 175°C. This diode is designed for use in various switching, rectification, and protection applications in a wide variety of industries. It is capable of handling peak surge currents up to 15A with a low recovery time. Its excellent thermal and switching characteristics make it suitable for use in a number of environments.
