The ES2JT with High Efficiency Rectifier SMAF RoHS manufactured by Jing Heng is a two-pin plastic encapsulated power diode. It is designed to provide high speed switching and low forward voltage drop. It has a Repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V. Its Forward Average Rectified Current is 2.0A and its Reverse Current is 5mA (at VR=400V). It has Low Leakage and Low VF. The ES2JT has an operating temperature range of -55C to +150C and can be used in commercial and industrial applications. It meets the safety requirements of the RoHS directive and comes in Type 1 case material.
