The IRS2092STR with MOSFET SOP-16 Gate Drive ICs ROHS manufactured by JSMSEMI is an integrated power supply module designed to drive high current gate switching of multiple power MOSFETs or IGBTs, providing high efficiency and fast switching times. The IC can be used to drive up to four high-side and four low-side power MOSFETs or IGBTs. The integrated high speed gate drivers, combined with other features such as power output current limiting, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), over current protection (OCP) and short-circuit protection (SCP), provide a complete solution for driving power devices. Additionally, the modules high voltage tolerance and undervoltage lockout support allow for safe operations even with up to 18V input voltage supply.
