The MURS120 with Diodes - Rectifiers - Hyperfast SMA(DO-214AC) RoHS manufactured by KEXIN is a high-speed switching diode that is designed to rapidly switch high currents. This diode is constructed using a glass passivated chip junction which provides higher reliability with high forward surge capability and low reverse recovery time. It operates at an average forward current of 190mA with a voltage drop of 1.2V. It is RoHS compliant and comes in a SMA DO-214AC surface mount package. It is suitable for applications such as high frequency switching in computer, teleco and consumer electronics.
