RadioThe LR2003A is a Darlington transistor array driver DIP-16 RoHS (restriction of hazardous substances) manufactured by Leshan Radio. It is a DIP (dual in-line package) component designed for use in both analogue and digital applications. The LR2003A contains 16 independent high voltage, high current, and low-on resistance darlington pairs in a single DIP package. The device is capable of driving up to 100 mA from each output, up to 1000mA in total, making it suitable for driving various kinds of loads such as lamps, relays, solenoids, and motors. The high-speed switching conditions (switching time up to 0.7 µs) make this component an ideal choice for applications such as LED displays, alarm systems, motor control, and large scale integrated (LSI) systems. The LR2003A is RoHS compliant, making it safe and posing no environmental risk.
