The LGB8206ARI with Littelfuse D2PAK, IGBT4 is a high-power insulated gate bipolar transistor module designed to deliver reliable, economical, and efficient power management for harsh and demanding environments. The device features an innovative D2PAK package with an integrated baseplate to allow extra stress and heat dissipation, reducing the need for costly heat sinks. It is also optimized for high gate to source dV/dt immunity and low stray inductance in key areas for superior device and system performance. Furthermore, this module utilizes IGBT4 technology, providing superior switching performance, higher current handling capability, and excellent overall robustness. The easy-to-assemble design of the LGB8206ARI with Littelfuse D2PAK makes it ideal for applications requiring multiple IGBTs or power transistors.
