-LABS.The LP28303AQVF is a fully integrated device comprised of a PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) and a Battery Management IC (BMS) housed in a TDFN-10 RoHS package from LOWPOWER-LABS. It is designed to protect and manage a wide range of single cell Li-Ion/Polymer and LiFePO4 batteries, supporting a wide operating temperature range (-40° to +85°C). It features accurate current and voltage sense to monitor and control over-current and over-voltage conditions. It includes a Charge Current Selector, an internal Battery Monitor for cell balancing, a Cell Balancing control logic, and an internal Depletion Logic for undervoltage protection. Additionally, it provides Charge Current and Charge Termination adjustable timers.The LP28303AQVF is suitable for applications requiring minimal PCB space and power efficiency, such as Wearable Devices or Smartwatches.
