LP3990-12QVF with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) X2SON RoHS is a low dropout positive adjustable regulators, designed and manufactured by LOWPOWER. It offers a low quiescent current of typically 130 µA for regulating an output voltage in the range of 1.225V to 14V. The device also features fast and stable transient response with low dropout and high output current of up to 500mA. It is packaged in a small 6-pin X2SON, RoHS compliant package. The LP3990-12QVF also includes a power saving shutdown mode, which reduces the quiescent current to 0.1µA at no load. Its low noise features makes it suitable for portable and other noise sensitive applications. It is designed for applications such as mobile devices, point of load converters, and other low voltage and low power system.
