The LP5301QVF with Battery Protection ICs DFN-8 RoHS is a low-power semiconductor device manufactured by LOWPOWER. It is used as an integrated battery protection circuit, which provides an accurate cell disconnect voltage of 3.0V. This device is contained in a small, 8-pin wafer-level package (DFN-8) with RoHS compliant leadframe material. It features adjustable delay time for cell connection, adjustable overdischarge protection, and two resistors that set the cell voltage. The IC also includes an overcurrent protection circuit, which monitors the cell discharge current and limits it to the set threshold. The LP5301QVF with Battery Protection ICs DFN-8 RoHS is an efficient device for maintaining battery safety and has a wide range of usage in the ever-expanding consumer electronics market.
