The LOWPOWER LP6297AQVF is a level translator with shifters for QFN-28 (4*4) packed in RoHS compliant packages. The device features in-system programmable Fast and Slow slew rate control, allowing designers to choose between performance and power efficiency. It offers up to 32 bits of bidirectional data width translation and operates from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply. It also features integrated output buffers for improved accuracy and low propagation delay. Furthermore, the differential output voltage is adjustable, allowing designers to optimize the output voltage levels to the application's needs. The LP6297AQVF also features an intuitive user interface with a simple four-wire serial port interface and programmable logic select pins for easy integration into many different applications.
