MCP9844/9844A 1C Accurate, 1.8V Digital Temperature Sensor Features Description Sensor Accuracy: Microchip Technology Inc.s MCP9844/9844A digital temperature sensors convert temperature from -40C - 0.2C/1C (typ./max.) +75C to +95C to +125C to a digital word. The devices provide an +40C to +125C - 0.5C/2C (typ./max.) accuracy of 0.2C/1C (typical/maximum) from - 1C/3C (typ./max.) -40C to +125C +75C to +95C with an operating voltage of 1.7V to User-Programmable Temperature Limits: 3.6V. - Temperature Window Limit The MCP9844/9844A digital temperature sensors - Critical Temperature Limit come with user-programmable registers that provide User-Programmable Temperature Alert Output flexibility for temperature sensing applications.
