The Output Voltage Adjustable Down to 0.7V MIC22400 is optimized for highest efficiency, achieving Output Load Current Up to 4A over 90% efficiency while still switching at 1 MHz over Full Sequencing and Tracking Ability a broad load range. The ultra high-speed control loop Power-On-Reset (POR) keeps the output voltage within regulation even under Efficiency >90% Across a Broad Load Range extreme transient load swings commonly found in FPGAs and low-voltage ASICs. The output voltage can Programmable Frequency 300 kHz to 4 MHz be adjusted down to 0.7V to address all low-voltage Easy Ramp Control (RC) Compensation power needs. The MIC22400 gives a full range of Ultra-Fast Transient Response sequencing and tracking options.
