TC4423A/TC4424A/TC4425A 3A Dual High-Speed Power MOSFET Drivers Features General Description High Peak Output Current: 4.5A (typical) The TC4423A/TC4424A/TC4425A devices are a family of dual-output 3A buffers/MOSFET drivers.
