Additional Infomation About Product

The TC4428ACPA is a dual MOSFET driver from Microchip. The part is designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs with a single voltage source. The MOSFET outputs can be disabled by driving both input pins low, and can be fast-switched from off to on and vice-versa. It has good power performance and is suitable for battery-powered applications. The device requires only a single power supply and has low power dissipation thanks to its internal level shifting circuitry. The TC4428ACPA is typically used in applications such as motor drivers, LED drivers and solenoid drivers.
