The ME8204BM6G is a switching controller SOT-23-6 RoHS manufactured by Micro One. It is a 6-pin surface-mount device specifically designed for use in off-line/DC-to-DC/ AC-DC primary switched mode power converters. It is suitable for use in wide range of non-isolated DC-DC converter applications, including adapter, battery, open frame, and embedded supply. The device features high efficiency current mode control, up to 1MHz operation and a range of protection functions including soft start, input UVLO and hiccup over current and over temperature protection.
