The MP2330C offers a very 200A Low I Q compact solution that achieves 3A of High-Efficiency Synchronous Mode continuous output current with excellent load Operation and line regulation over a wide input range. The Fast Load Transient Response MP2330C uses synchronous mode operation 650kHz Switching Frequency for higher efficiency over the output current load Forced PWM Operation range. Programmable Soft-Start Time Constant-on-time (COT) control operation Power Good (PG) Indication provides very fast transient response, easy loop Over-Current Protection (OCP) and Hiccup design, and very tight output regulation.
