MP4460 2.5A, 4MHz, 36V Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP4460 is a high frequency step-down 120 A Quiescent Current switching regulator with an integrated internal Wide 3.8V to 36V Operating Input Range high-side high voltage power MOSFET. It 150m Internal Power MOSFET provides 2.5A output with current mode control for Up to 4MHz Programmable Switching fast loop response and easy compensation. Frequency Ceramic Capacitor Stable The wide 3.8V to 36V input range accommodates Internal Soft-Start a variety of step-down applications, including Internally Set Current Limit without a those in an automotive input environment.
