MPQ4423H High Efficiency 3A, 36V, Synchronous Step Down Converter AEC-Q100 Qualified The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ4423H is a high-frequency, Wide 4V to 36V Continuous Operating Input synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode Range converter with built-in power MOSFETs. It 85m /55m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) offers a very compact solution to achieve a 3A MOSFETs continuous output current with excellent load High-Efficiency Synchronous Mode and line regulation over a wide input supply Operation range. The MPQ4423H has synchronous mode Default 410kHz Switching Frequency operation for higher efficiency over the output Synchronizes to a 200kHz to 2.2MHz current load range. External Clock High Duty Cycle for Automotive Cold-crank Current-mode operation provides fast transient Power-Save Mode response and eases loop stabilization. Internal Soft-Start Full protection features include over-current Power Good protection and thermal shut down.
