Frequency The wide 3.8V to 36V input range Ceramic Capacitor Stable accommodates a variety of step-down Internal Soft-Start applications, including those in automotive Precision Current Limit without a Current systems. A 120A operational quiescent current Sensing Resistor is suitable for use in battery-powered Up to 95% Efficiency applications. Output Adjustable from 0.8V to 30V The frequency foldback helps prevent inductor Available in 10-Pin 3x3 TQFN Package current runaway during startup and thermal APPLICATIONS shutdown provides reliable, fault tolerant operation.
