MPQ4456 Industrial Grade ,1A, 4MHz, 36V Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology FEATURES DESCRIPTION Guaranteed Industrial Temp Range The MPQ4456 is a high frequency step-down 120 A Quiescent Current switching regulator with an integrated internal Wide 3.8V to 36V Operating Input Range high-side high voltage power MOSFET. It 300m Internal Power MOSFET provides 1 A output with current mode control Up to 4MHz Programmable Switching for fast loop response and easy compensation. Frequency The wide 3.8V to 36V input range Ceramic Capacitor Stable accommodates a variety of step-down Internal Soft-Start applications, including those in automotive Extended PWM Operation Reduces Noise systems. A 120A operational quiescent current Up to 95% Efficiency is suitable for use in battery-powered Output Adjustable from 0.8V to 36V applications. Available in 10-Pin 3x3 TQFN Package Special controlled circuitry allows the MPQ4456 APPLICATIONS to maintain PWM operation at low output currents. This lowers noise by reducing the High Voltage Power Conversion pulse skipping.
