The NT1713C-QKCA6 is a Battery Protection ICs SOT23-6 RoHS manufactured by NEOTEC. It is a three-in-one, single cell Li-Ion/Li-Po, overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent protection circuit. It integrates a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor circuit for over temperature protection. The IC operates from a voltage supply range from 2.7V to 5.5V and provides over charge protection from 4.2V to 4.375V. It also provides a simple over discharge protection from 2.3V to 3.2V. Moreover, it offers an accurate over current protection in two levels, programmable from 10A to more than 20A. This IC also provides a reverse current blocking, over voltage protection, short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and timer protection features.
