Additional Infomation About Product

The 74HC390D.652 is part of the Nexperia 74HC390 series CMOS-based dual binary ripple counter. It consists of two independent, 4-bit binary (ripple) counters with separate clocks, two gated zero reset inputs and outputs parallel, look-ahead carry outputs combine to form two synchronous, 4-bit binary counters in one package. These counters are edge-triggered, which ensures uncritical stable operation with all types of clocks. The parts operate at supply voltage range of 2 to 6V. It can source/sink 5 mA. This part has a propagation delay time (tpd) of 5 ns.
