The BUK9M15-60EX is a 60V N-channel MOSFET manufactured by Nexperia and delivered in a MLFPAK (PLASTIC MOLDED PACKAGE) form factor. It has an RDS(On) of 12mohm and logic level gate drive, making it suitable for high speed switching applications that require low power dissipation and high switching speed, such as mobile, consumer and computing applications. The MOSFET is also AEC-Q101 qualified and designed with Reel 7" Q1 size, allowing automated assembly.
