It has an EBC (Emitter Base Collector) arrangement with a high current gain (hFE) of 10,000, a low saturation voltage of 0.8V max, and a collector-emitter voltage (VCE ) of 80V max. Its PNP complementary can be used for dual configurations. The NTE253MCP is mainly used for audio amplifier, motor speed controls, and linear motor driver applications.
