This device is made for digital systems containing high-density microprocessors, TTL components and memories. The output drivers feature one-stage IEEE (S82S) bus compatible current limit drivers for increased noise immunity and support for 15-ns propagation delays. This device is optimized for use in high speed, low power logic circuits. This device is lead-free, RoHS compliant and is available in a 16-pin PDIP or 16-Pin SOIC package type.
